This 1989 Land Rover 110 is a left-hand drive example that was imported to the US by the selling dealer following a Camel Trophy-style refurbishment completed in March 2020. The work included a repaint in Sandglow yellow, new Exmoor interior upholstery, and axle and brake overhauls as well as installation of an external roll cage, Bilstein shocks, auxiliary lighting, skid plates, new clutch and exhaust components, a Webasto heater, and more. Power is from a replacement 2.5-liter 200Tdi turbodiesel inline-four that is fitted with a Turbo Technics turbocharger and sends power through a five-speed manual gearbox. This 110 is offered with a clean Kentucky title.
The body was repainted in yellow with Camel Trophy decals following replacement of the second-row doors. New lights, door hardware, seals, and glass were also fitted according to the selling dealer. Accessories include a Mantec front bumper with Dixon-Bate tow hooks and a Brownchurch brush bar as well as a Nakatanenga snorkel, a roll cage from Safety Devices, and a Warn 8274 winch. A walk-around video is provided by the selling dealer.
A Brownchurch roof rack is fitted with Hella lighting and houses an axe, jerry cans, a shovel, a pick, and sand tracks. Body-colored 16″ steel wheels wear Michelin XZL tires, including the spares mounted to the hood and cargo door. The suspension was fitted with Bilstein shocks as well as heavy-duty springs and stock bushings according to the selling dealer. A new steering box, track rods, and stabilizer are also said to have been installed along with rear disc brakes.
The interior features Exmoor upholstery with checker-plate patterned seat faces as well as a replacement headliner and door panels. A Webasto heater has been installed in addition to a center console with cupholders, a Pioneer CD player, and rubber floor mats.
VDO auxiliary gauges monitoring exhaust gas temperature, oil pressure, and RPM are mounted in the dash. The odometer shows 206k kilometers (~128k miles).
The replacement 2.5-liter 200Tdi turbodiesel inline-four was installed under previous ownership and has been fitted with a Turbo Technics turbocharger. A new exhaust manifold and piping have also been installed according to the selling dealer. Fluid changes were carried out in March 2020.
Power is sent through an LT77 five-speed manual gearbox and a two-speed LT230 transfer case. The clutch was reportedly replaced along with the master and slave cylinders, while the front and rear axles are said to have been rebuilt using Ashcroft heavy-duty half-shafts and ATB limited-slip differentials. The frame was reportedly coated with Dinitrol rust inhibitor, and differential guards are fitted along with a Mantec steering guard. Running and driving videos can be seen below.
