This 1988 Land Rover 110 County is a left-hand drive example that was refurbished by Defenders Direct in Ledbury, England, and subsequently imported into the US in May 2018. The refurbishment reportedly included replacing the doors, repainting the body in gray, and reupholstering the interior, as well as installing a custom roll cage and rebuilt five-speed transmission. Power is from a 3.5-liter V8, and features include diamond-plate exterior trim, LED head and taillights, nerf bars, a swing-out spare tire carrier, a MOMO steering wheel, and an aftermarket stereo. Recently acquired by the selling dealer, this Defender is now offered with importation documents, a selection of spares, and a clean Ohio title.

The truck was reportedly fitted with replacement doors prior to a repaint in gray and black. Features include a removable hardtop and a custom roll cage, in addition to a tubular-steel rear bumper, diamond-plate trim, and a swing-out spare wheel carrier. A color-matched rear half door is included in the sale.

The 18″ wheels are finished in black and wear 265/65 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. Braking is from discs up front and drums out back.

The seven-place cabin was reupholstered in black with leather seating surfaces and matching carpets. Amenities reportedly include heated front seats, an Alcantara headliner, a MOMO steering wheel, a back-up camera, and an aftermarket stereo head unit with a touchscreen, navigation, auxiliary port, and Apple CarPlay capability.

The rear cargo area features dual fold-down jump seats and a textured-rubber floor mat. The custom roll cage is depicted above.

Instrumentation consists of a 150-km/h speedometer and gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 102k kilometers (~63k miles).

The 3.5-liter V8 features dual carburetors and produced 114 horsepower from the factory. The oil was changed in August 2019, and the selling dealer notes a sticking hood latch as well as a rough idle when cold.

Power is routed to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking center differential. The gearbox was reportedly rebuilt by Ashcroft Transmissions, and a stainless steel exhaust system is fitted. The selling dealer notes areas of corrosion on the underside.
