This 2003 Porsche 911 Turbo coupe is finished in Guards Red over black leather, and power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six equipped with the X50 Turbo Power Kit paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and all-wheel drive. Equipment includes the factory Aerokit, front sport seats, 18″ wheels, aluminum interior trim, dual-zone climate control, and a factory CD stereo with Bose speakers. The seller acquired the car in 2019 from Sloane Porsche of Warrington, Pennsylvania, following time in Connecticut, Virginia, Louisiana. It now has under 27k miles, and recent service included an oil change, flushing the brakes, and replacing the tires as well as the battery. This 996 Turbo coupe is now offered with a PCNA options list, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
The Turbo model features wider bodywork than the contemporary standard 911 Carrera as well as front air inlets, side intake scoops, and a vented rear bumper. This example was delivered new in Guards Red (G1) and equipped with the Turbo Aerokit, which includes a revised front lip and fixed dual-plane rear spoiler. The paintwork and exterior trim are shown up close in the photo gallery below.
Staggered-width 18″ wheels feature colored Porsche-crest center caps and are mounted with General G-MAX RS tires. Braking is handled by red-finished four-piston calipers paired with cross-drilled rotors at each corner. Just prior to the seller’s acquisition, Sloane Porsche reportedly flushed the braking system and replaced the tires as well as the wiper blades.
The interior features full black leather (AH) that extends from the seats to the door panel inserts and dashboard, while aluminum trim accents the shift knob and emergency brake lever. Sport seats are equipped up front, and additional equipment includes dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, a sunroof, and a Porsche CDR23 CD stereo with Bose speakers.
The three-spoke steering wheel is wrapped in leather and sits ahead of aluminum-look instrument dials that include an 8k-rpm tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows just under 27k miles, approximately 500 of which were added by the seller.
The twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six is equipped from the factory with the X50 performance package, which included larger turbochargers and intercoolers as well as a reprogrammed ECU. Peak output was increased to 444 horsepower, which is delivered to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle. The oil was changed and the battery was replaced in 2019, and an inspection was performed in August 2020.
A copy of the build sheet provided by Porsche Cars North America indicates the factory colors, optional equipment, as well as an MSRP of $145,120.
The September 2020 Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration activity in Connecticut, West Virginia, Louisiana, and Pennsylvania.
