This 1984 Lamborghini Jalpa is one of 410 examples produced between 1981 and 1988 and is finished in Rosso Siviglia over a black leather interior. Power comes from a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 paired with a five-speed manual gearbox, and features include a removable roof panel, air conditioning, and an Alpine cassette stereo. An October 2020 service performed by the selling dealer reportedly included new spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, and coolant lines, a rebuild of the clutch slave cylinder, and a brake fluid flush. This Jalpa is offered at no reserve in Florida with a clean Carfax report and a clean Arizona title.
The Jalpa was designed by Bertone and featured a body-color removable roof panel. This example is finished in Rosso Siviglia and is fitted with round taillights, black bumpers, and fog lights as well as a body-color engine cover and air intakes. The car was reportedly repainted during previous ownership, and the engine and trunk struts are said to have been rebuilt with new cartridges and springs in October 2020. Painted 16″ Ruote OZ wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza RE950 tires. A brake fluid flush was performed in October 2020.
The seats are trimmed in black leather, and the cabin also features a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Amenities include air conditioning, power windows, an Alpine cassette stereo, and a gated shifter. A button is missing from the glovebox door.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 280-km/h speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows just under 30k kilometers (~19k miles).
The carbureted 3.5-liter V8 features dual camshafts per cylinder bank and produced 250 horsepower for the North American market. New spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, and coolant lines were reportedly installed in October 2020.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle. The clutch slave cylinder is said to have been rebuilt in October 2020.
The Carfax report shows history in Pennsylvania and North Carolina from 2010 to August 2019 and lists no accidents or other damage. A driving video is viewable below.
