This 2018 Mercedes-AMG GT R was originally delivered to Mercedes-Benz of Temecula, California and now has just 4,400 miles. The car is finished in AMG Green Hell Magno over a black leather and Dinamica interior, and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Options include the AMG Carbon I and II, Convenience, and Lane Tracking packages, along with AMG 10-spoke wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, Distronic Plus, and a Burmester sound system. This GT R was acquired by the seller earlier this year and is now offered with service records, manufacturer’s literature, its window sticker, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
AMG Green Hell Magno was a $9,900 option, and the car is equipped with factory carbon fiber front fenders, along with a carbon roof panel, rear wing, rear diffuser, front splitter, side skirts, and mirror housings. Additional equipment consists of LED headlights and tail lights, front and rear parking sensors, and a rear view camera. Optional staggered-diameter 19″ and 20″ forged AMG wheels are finished in black and mounted with 275/35 front and 325/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. Adaptive AMG Sport suspension came standard along with forged dual wishbones, rear-axle steering, and traction control. Stopping is handled by an optional AMG High-Performance Ceramic Composite Braking System.
The interior features black leather upholstery with Dinamica synthetic suede seat and door panel inserts. Equipment includes power-adjustable and heated AMG Performance seats, a carbon rear cross brace, dual-zone automatic climate control, an Attention Assist driving-aid system, Active Brake Assist, Keyless Go, a COMAND navigation system, and a Burmester stereo.
The Dinamica-rimmed steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline, and a central multifunction display with an odometer that shows 4,400 miles, around 1,500 of which were added by the seller.
The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 features a dry sump lubrication system and was factory-rated at 577 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed AMG Speedshift dual-clutch automatic transaxle, a carbon-composite driveshaft, and an electronically-controlled limited-slip differential. An oil change was performed in September 2020, and two factory recalls were also addressed at this time.
The window sticker lists original delivery to Mercedes-Benz of Temecula, California, along with factory colors, optional equipment, and a total new price of $203,140.
The Carfax report shows registration in California and lists no accidents or other damage. There is currently a lien on the car, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the next owner.
