This 1977 Ford Econoline Chateau was modified by its previous owner and is finished in maroon metallic with custom fender flares, running boards, and diamond-shaped porthole windows. Power comes from a 351ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, and features include aftermarket 15″ wheels, a Magnaflow exhaust system, a kitchenette, a bed platform with built-in storage, air conditioning, and an aftermarket stereo. The van reportedly spent 22 years with its previous owner before being acquired by the seller in 2019, and the brakes and front shocks have since been serviced. This Econoline is now offered with an owner’s manual, service records, and British Columbia registration.
Originally finished in Dark Jade Metallic (G), the body was refinished in its current shade of maroon metallic in 1999. The right rear fender flare was repaired and the roof, hood, doors, and tail gate were repainted again in 2015. Exterior features include a custom grille, windshield visor, fog lights, a sunroof, wood running boards, wheel arch extenders, diamond-shaped porthole windows, and polished exhaust finishers that exit behind each rear wheel. A walk-around video can be seen here.
Aftermarket 15″ wheels are mounted with 235/75 Yokohama Super Digger-V tires. The steering king pin and drag links were replaced in 2015, and the seller states that work in 2019 included a front-end alignment along with replacement front shocks, front brake calipers and lines, and rear drums, shoes, and cylinders.
The interior features burgundy door panels with flower-print accents, along with high-pile brown carpeting and a two-tone dash with woodgrain inserts. The swiveling front captain’s seats are trimmed in gray cloth, and amenities include air conditioning, a wooden tray with cup holders, floor mats, and an aftermarket Kenwood stereo.
A two-spoke steering wheel frames instrumentation including an 85-mph speedometer and gauges monitoring oil, fuel, amperage, and water temperature levels. The five-digit odometer shows just over 58k miles, approximately 1k of which have been added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.
Brown shag carpeting continues to the rear compartment, which has been fitted with a kitchenette with a sink, wood drawers and cabinets, and a refrigerator, as well as a raised bed platform with pads and built-in storage. The mattress, seat, and headliner are trimmed in a matching floral upholstery, and additional features include drapes, speaker cabinets, wooden balusters, and a pop-up rear skylight.

The 351ci Windsor V8 is accessed through a removable doghouse in the cabin and sends power to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. Magnaflow headers and exhaust system were reportedly installed in 2019, and a replacement starter was fitted in 2020. The carburetor, thermostat, fuel filter, intake gasket, and rear axle bearings were replaced in 2017.
