This 2006 Ferrari F430 is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and finished in Rosso Corsa over beige leather. The car was sold new by Lake Forest Sports Cars, LTD of Lake Bluff, Illinois and resided in the state with the first owner until 2016 when the seller acquired it and relocated it to Washington State. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 430 Scuderia wheels with titanium lug bolts, carbon-ceramic brakes, Fabspeed exhaust headers, Daytona-style seats, automatic climate control, and a factory CD stereo with Bluetooth and aftermarket iPhone connectivity. Work performed during the seller’s ownership has consisted of replacing the fuel and water and oil pumps along with the clutch master cylinder, and radiator cap. This F430 indicates just over 29k miles and is offered with its removed exhaust manifolds, car and seat covers, tools, a battery maintainer, an air compressor, a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Washington title in the seller’s name.
The F430 was designed in collaboration with Pininfarina, and featured Enzo-inspired design elements at the rear. This example is finished in Rosso Corsa (322) and features Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a black rear diffuser, and quad exhaust tips exiting through the rear fascia. The front bumper cover was refinished in December 2020, and the left door was previously resprayed during the seller’s ownership. Paint chips are noted on the front trunk lid, side mirrors, and fenders. A walk-around video has been provided.
The car was previously fitted with center-lock wheels, which were replaced in 2020 with 19″430 Scuderia wheels that are fitted to the vehicle with titanium lug bolts. The Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires measure 235/35 up front and 285/35 out back. Stopping power is provided by red-painted brake calipers fitted over optional carbon-ceramic rotors at each corner. The cabin features Daytona-style bucket seats upholstered in beige leather with black inserts, matching door panels, a black leather-wrapped dashboard, and red stitching on the seats, dash, and door panels. Keith Collins floor mats protect the carpeting. Additional amenities include automatic climate control, power-adjustable seats, carbon fiber trim, a factory CD stereo with Bluetooth and navigation, and aftermarket iPhone connectivity. The brake light switch was replaced in 2017. The seller has provided a video tour of the interior.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel with an adjustable Manettino dial frames a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline and a 220-mph speedometer along with gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The odometer indicates just over 29k miles, of which approximately 10k have been added by the seller.
The 4.3L DOHC V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management as well as a a dry-sump lubrication system, and was factory-rated at 490 horsepower with 353 lb-ft of torque. Fabspeed exhaust headers fitted with blankets have replaced the factory exhaust manifolds that accompany the car, and the seller states that Fabspeed exhaust brackets were installed in 2020. The right-side fuel pump was replaced in 2017, while work performed in 2020 included replacement of the oil and water pump, oil pressure sending unit, left-side fuel pump, serpentine belt, and radiator cap. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and an electronically-controlled limited-slip differential. The clutch master cylinder was replaced and the system was bled in 2020. The seller has provided video footage of the underbody.
The window sticker lists factory colors and equipment as well as an original MSRP of shows of $206,254.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Illinois and Washington State. Two driving videos are presented below.
