This 1970 Ford Bronco is finished in dark green and features a black partial soft top along with replacement bucket seats upholstered in gray. Power is provided by a 302ci V8 paired with a three-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The seller purchased it in 2003, and service performed since includes installing an MSD ignition system, a replacement main fuel tank, a replacement auxiliary fuel tank, replacement valve cover gaskets, and a coolant temperature sensor. Additional equipment includes a dual exhaust system, Rancho shocks, 15″ American Racing wheels, a four-point roll bar, and a padded center console with cup holders. This Bronco is now offered with service records, a spare Rampage soft top assembly, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The body was refinished in dark green during previous ownership, and features include modified rear quarter panels with black wheel-arch flares, chrome bumpers with front bumper guards, a four-point roll bar, and a bikini-style soft top. A Rampage full soft top assembly will accompany the truck. Bubbling can be seen behind the right-rear wheel and along the quarter panel seams, and the driver-side fender emblem is missing. Paint has been rubbed off of the lower left-front wheel arch, and the seller notes corrosion in the bottom of the doors. Scratches and paint chips can be seen in the gallery along with wear on the vent window frames and seals.
15″ American Racing blade-style wheels are wrapped in 33×10.5″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel drums, and the lifted suspension features Rancho shocks as well as a Rancho steering stabilizer.
The interior features replacement bucket seats upholstered in two-tone gray cloth with red piping, diamond-plate door panel inserts, a Grant GT steering wheel, a padded center console with cupholders, and a black dash pad. The floor pans are coated in black, no radio is installed in the dash, and wear is noted on the center console.
Factory instrumentation consists of a 100-mph speedometer surrounded by gauges for alternator charge, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 30k miles, approximately 4k of which were added by the seller since 2003. True mileage is unknown.
The 302ci V8 features an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, ceramic-coated exhaust headers, and an MSD distributor paired with an MSD 6A ignition control box. Service in February 2021 included a replacement auxiliary fuel tank, a new fuel pump, a replacement coolant temperature sender, and a new battery. Rust is noted under the hood.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a floor-shifted three-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
