BaT Auction: 1,300-Mile 2019 Porsche 911 GT3 RS

This 2019 Porsche 911 GT3 RS was delivered new to Isringhausen Imports in Springfield, Illinois, and was acquired by the seller in 2019. Now showing just over 1,300 miles, the car is finished in black over a black interior and is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transaxle. Factory options include the Sport Chrono Package, a Bose surround sound system, a front axle lift system, an extended-range fuel tank, and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes. Service in November 2020 included an oil change and a brake fluid flush. This 991.2 GT3 RS is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, a window sticker, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Missouri title.

The GT3 RS features a magnesium roof and aluminum doors along with a carbon-fiber trunk lid, adjustable rear wing, and vented front fenders. This example is finished in black, and the seller notes that paint protection is applied to the front bumper, fenders, and hood. Ceramic coating was also applied during current ownership.

Center-locking 20″ front and 21″ rear wheels are finished in bronze and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires showing 2018 date codes and measuring 265/35 up front and 325/30 out back. The GT3 RS came standard with rear-axle steering and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus with a variable rear axle differential lock. This example is optioned with a front-axle lift system as well as Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes with yellow calipers.

The carbon-fiber bucket seats are trimmed in black leather with Alcantara center sections and feature electric height adjustment and GT3 RS embroidery on the headrests. The interior features gray stitching, seatbelts, and door pulls, and additional equipment includes the Sport Chrono package with a dash-mounted chronometer, a Bose surround sound system, and illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber.

The Alcantara trimmed steering wheel features a yellow marker at 12 o’clock and fronts a 225-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, a driver-configurable digital screen, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows just over 1,300 miles, approximately 1k of which were added by the seller.

The naturally aspirated 4.0-liter MA1/76 flat-six was factory rated at 520 horsepower and 346 lb-ft of torque when new. An oil change was performed in November 2020 at Napleton Autowerks in Springfield, Missouri.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed PDK transaxle that can be shifted manually via the gear lever or paddles mounted to the steering wheel. The car is equipped with a factory titanium center-exit muffler with twin tips as well as an optional extended-range 23.8-gallon fuel tank.

The window sticker shows initial delivery to Isringhausen Imports in Springfield, Illinois, colors, equipment, and a total price of $205,670. Manufacturer’s literature including a stamped service booklet and service records are pictured in the gallery below.

The Carfax report indicates no accidents or other damage along with history in Illinois and Missouri. There is currently a lien on the car, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the new owner.
