This 1974 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow is finished in Silver Mink over light blue leather and powered by a 6.75-liter V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Features include power-assisted disc brakes, power windows, air conditioning, and an Alpine cassette stereo. The car was first delivered to C.R. Berry Rolls-Royce of Miami, Florida, and later spent time in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Tennessee before it was acquired by the seller in 2020. Maintenance in preparation of the sale is said to include cleaning of the cylinder heads, a valve job, replacement of the seals and gaskets, and fluid changes. This Silver Shadow is now offered with service records, removed spare parts, original sales literature, and a clean Kentucky title in the seller’s name.
The exterior is finished in Silver Mink with dark blue pinstripes and features chrome bumpers with black guards. Close-up photos of the exterior are provided in the gallery below.
Steel 15″ wheels wear full covers with body-color accents and Hankook Optimo H274 tires. The car is equipped with four-wheel power-assisted disc brakes and a hydraulic suspension system, the latter of which was reportedly serviced in 2018.
The interior features power-adjustable front seats trimmed in light blue Connolly leather, darker blue carpets, and wood veneer trim on the dashboard, center console, and doors. Appointments include cruise control, an Alpine cassette stereo, air conditioning, power windows, and rear passenger footrests. The driver’s seat leather is worn, the underside of the driver’s armrest shows a blemish, and the wood trim on the doors is cracked. The wood trim at the bottom of the windshield is also missing a section of its finish.
The two-spoke steering wheel fronts instrumentation that includes a 130-mph speedometer, a fuel-level gauge, and an ammeter. The five-digit odometer is said to have rolled over once and now shows under 21k miles, approximately 100 of which were added by the seller. Total mileage is unknown.
