This 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 RS is one of 410 examples built for the US market during a two-year production run and was delivered new to Porsche Center in San Antonio, Texas. The car is finished in Carrara White over a black leather and Alcantara interior and is powered by a 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Options include Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes, bi-xenon headlights, the Chrono package, carbon-fiber trim, a thicker steering wheel, Speed Yellow seatbelts, and aluminum pedals. The car was acquired by the selling dealer in 2020, and work carried out in anticipation of the sale consisted of replacing the tires, refinishing the wheels and front bumper, and performing a two-year service. This 911 GT3 RS has 3,100 miles and is now offered with service records, owner’s manuals and tools, two keys, a window sticker, a DME over-rev report, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Ohio title.
The GT3 RS can be outwardly distinguished from the standard 997.1 GT3 by the larger carbon-fiber rear spoiler and 44mm wider rear bodywork. This example is reportedly one of 40 US-market cars sold in Carrara White without graphics. The selling dealer states that the front bumper was recently refinished, new lower rockers were fitted, and touch-up paint was applied to two stone chips on the front trunk and a scuff behind the left-rear wheel well.
Factory 19″ alloy wheels were recently refinished and fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Porsche Active Suspension Management was equipped as standard, while the optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) system features yellow six- and four-piston calipers. The selling dealer notes the tire pressure monitoring sensors were replaced.
The cabin is upholstered in black leather and Alcantara with matching carpets and panels. Equipment includes the Chrono package with a dash-mounted timing clock, as well as aluminum pedals, Porsche-script mats, Speed Yellow seat belts, and carbon trim on the center console, switch panel, air vents, and door sills.
An optional thicker steering wheel frames a central GT3-branded tachometer with an 8,400-rpm redline, a 225-mph speedometer, and gauges monitoring oil temperature, coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure. The digital odometer has just over 3,100 miles.
The naturally aspirated 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six was factory rated at 415 horsepower and 299 lb-ft of torque. The seller dealer states that a two-year service was recently completed, and a major service was carried out under previous ownership.
The DME report shows zero ignitions in ranges one through six.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential. A dry-ice cleaning was carried out by the selling dealer, and additional photos of the underside are provided in the image gallery.
The window sticker lists original delivery to Porsche Center in San Antonio along with factory colors, optional equipment, and a total price of $146,720.
The Carfax report indicates no accidents or other damage and displays history in Texas, California, Montana, Florida, and Ohio.
