This 1984 Ford Bronco has been registered in Nevada and California since new and was acquired in 2020 by the seller who subsequently completed a cosmetic and mechanical refurbishment. Work is said to have included repainting the exterior in blue and white, resealing the 5.0-liter V8, refreshing the interior, and installing aftermarket audio components and a suspension lift. Equipment includes a removable hardtop, a power-operated rear window, power accessories, and a wood-finished Grant steering wheel. This Bronco is offered with an accident-free Carfax report and a California title in the seller’s name.
The truck was reportedly repainted in midnight blue and white and features a white removable hardtop. Equipment includes a black accent panel on the tailgate, a diamond-plated chrome rear bumper, towing mirrors, and side steps. The seller notes the tailgate tumbler needs to be replaced.
Aftermarket 16″ black wheels wear 33″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. An aftermarket suspension lift was installed by a previous owner and Pro Comp shocks have been fitted during current ownership.
An interior refresh was reportedly carried out during the seller’s ownership and consisted of replacing the carpets, reupholstering the seats with blue vinyl and cloth, removing, refurbishing, and rewiring the dash, and fitting LED bulbs. Features include a GPS tracking device, power windows and locks, and a 1500-watt stereo system with a JVC head unit, aftermarket speakers, and rear-mounted dual amplifiers and subwoofers. The seller notes that there is wind noise on passenger side and the vent window seal needs to be replaced.
The wood-finished Grant GT steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 15k miles, 100 of which were added by the seller. The Carfax report notes a potential odometer rollback in August 2008 and a mileage inconsistency in May 2013. Total mileage is unknown.
The 5.0-liter V8 was factory rated at 185 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque. The engine was reportedly removed, disassembled, and resealed during the seller’s ownership. The wiring harness was rerouted, and various belt-driven components were refinished.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery below.
The Carfax report shows lists no accidents or other damage, notes the aforementioned mileage discrepancies, and displays history is shown in Nevada and California.
