This 1986 BMW 325es is finished in Alpine White over beige leather and powered by a 2.7-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a sport suspension, a sunroof, air conditioning, a Kenwood cassette stereo, 14″ alloy wheels, front sport seats, and power accessories. It was acquired by the seller in January 2021, and subsequent service included an oil change along with the replacement of the timing belt, tensioner, thermostat, battery, drive belts, and brake and exhaust system components. This E30 is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
The exterior is finished in Alpine White and features a sunroof as well as front and rear spoilers. Replacement wiper blades were recently installed, and rust repair was performed on the right-rear wheel lip, left tail light area, and left-front fender, which were subsequently refinished along with the front spoiler and right door. The fog lights do not work.
Silver-finished 14″ ‘bottlecap’ wheels are fitted with 205/60 Winrun R330 tires, and the spare tire was recently replaced. The car is equipped with a sport suspension, and the seller states that the brake pads and rotors were also replaced in preparation for the sale.
The cabin features front sport seats upholstered in beige leather with matching door panels and carpets, as well as a black dashboard and center console. Amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, an onboard computer, a Kenwood cassette stereo, and power accessories. Cracks are visible on the dashboard, and the seller notes that the ‘anti-lock’ warning light is currently illuminated.
The M-Tech I steering wheel frames a 150-mph speedometer and a 5k-rpm tachometer, along with gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and instant economy. The five-digit odometer is stopped at 120,787 miles and does not work, with total mileage unknown.
The 2.7-liter inline-six sends power to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The seller notes driveshaft noise during acceleration, and during current ownership the following parts were replaced:
- Timing belt and tensioner
- Thermostat
- Voltage regulator and battery
- Drive belts
- Exhaust components
- Fluids and filters
