BaT Auction: Original-Owner 24k-Mile 2009 Nissan GT-R

This 2009 Nissan GT-R Premium was purchased new by the seller in Ohio and is finished in black over a black leather interior. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V6 driving all four wheels through a paddle-shifted six-speed dual-clutch transmission. Features include 20″ forged wheels, Brembo brakes, adjustable damping suspension, power-adjustable heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, navigation, and a Bose sound system. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale. This R35 GT-R has 24k miles and is offered with manufacturer’s literature, service records, a Carfax report, and a clean Ohio title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in black and exterior equipment includes a front spoiler, a fixed rear wing, circular LED taillights, and quad exhaust outlets. The seller states the front bumper cover and driver’s door were replaced following separate incidents of damage, and the Carfax report indicates “minor” damage to the front of the car in August 2019. A ceramic coating was applied to the body in September 2019, the seller notes scratches on the hood, and a ding in the passenger-side quarter panel is shown in the image gallery below.

Gray-finished 20″ forged wheels are mounted with 255/40 front and 285/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires that show 2018 date codes. Braking is handled by Brembo four-wheel disc brakes with metallic orange-finished calipers. The car is equipped with traction control, Vehicle Dynamic Control, and Electronic Brake Force Distribution. The left-rear trailing arm was replaced in January 2019.

The cabin features power-adjustable and heated front seats upholstered in black leather as well as matching carpets and silver trim accenting the center console and doors. Amenities include push-button ignition, branded floor mats, infotainment with navigation, and a Bose audio system with dual subwoofers.

A three-spoke multifunction steering wheel sits ahead of paddle shifters as well as a 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline. The digital odometer indicates 24k miles. The seller notes the gauge cluster backlighting for the fuel level and coolant temperature gauges is out.

The twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter VR38DETT V6 was rated at 485 horsepower and 434 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. An oil change and check engine light diagnostic check were performed recently.

Additional images of the underside are provided in the gallery.

Manufacturer’s literature and accessories accompany the car, as do service records from 2009 onward.

The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage and displays service and registration history in Ohio.
