This 1998 Porsche Boxster was first registered in Tampa, Florida and is said to have resided with the first owner in Florida and Connecticut until the selling dealer’s recent acquisition. The car is finished in white over a blue leather interior, and power comes from a 2.5-liter flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a blue convertible top, staggered-width 16″ wheels, a central exhaust outlet, roll hoops, automatic climate control, and a Porsche AM/FM/cassette stereo. In preparation for the sale an engine oil change was conducted. This 986 shows 23k miles and is now offered at no reserve by the selling dealer with manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title in the selling dealer’s name.

The car is finished in white and features a blue power-operated soft top, black rear bumperettes, roll hoops behind the seats, a central exhaust outlet, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. Staggered-width 16″ wheels are finished in silver and mounted with Fuzion Touring tires measuring 205/55 up front and 225/50 out back. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs with anodized four-piston calipers front and rear.

The cabin is trimmed in blue leather with a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes automatic climate control, a locking center armrest, black floor mats with red Porsche lettering, and a Porsche AM/FM/cassette stereo. Wear is noted on the shifter boot.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, and gauges measuring coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 23k miles, a handful of which have been added by the selling dealer.

The mid-mounted 2.5-liter M96/20 flat-six was factory rated at 201 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque, which is directed to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. In preparation for the sale an oil change was carried out.
