BaT Auction: 7k-Mile 2016 Ford Shelby GT350

This 2016 Ford Shelby GT350 is finished in white with blue racing stripes over black leather and suede, and it is powered by a 5.2-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional equipment includes 19″ aluminum wheels, Brembo brakes, an active exhaust system, dual-zone automatic climate control, the Technology Package, navigation, heated and ventilated front seats, and SYNC 3 infotainment. The car was sold new at Town & Country Ford of Bessemer, Alabama, and was first registered in North Carolina, where it was acquired by the seller in late 2018. This GT350 has 7k miles and is offered with manufacturer’s literature and accessories, a window sticker, a branded car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean North Carolina title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Oxford White with over-the-top blue racing stripes and a black front splitter, rear spoiler, and mirror caps. Other exterior details include a vented aluminum hood, xenon headlights, and LED taillights with sequential indicators.

Factory 19″ aluminum wheels are finished in black and wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The car is equipped with an independent rear suspension, and braking is provided by six- and four-piston Brembo calipers fitted over two-piece ventilated rotors.

The heated and ventilated seats are upholstered in black leather with suede inserts as well as contrasting white stitching and GT350 logos embossed into the backrests. Additional equipment includes dual-zone automatic climate control, navigation, cruise control, Ford Track Apps, SYNC 3 infotainment, and a rear-view camera. A plaque on the dashboard indicates the car’s chassis number.

The Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8,250-rpm redline, and a digital multi-function display. Additional gauges for oil pressure and temperature are mounted in the center stack. The odometer indicates 7k miles, approximately 3k of which were added by the seller.

The 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft along with dual overhead camshafts and was factory rated at 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in September 2020, and a June 2020 Blackstone Labs oil analysis report can be viewed in the photo gallery below.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Alabama and North Carolina.
