This 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera S coupe is finished in white over tan leather and is powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six paired with a seven-speed PDK transaxle. The car was acquired by the seller in 2020, and subsequent service is said to have included replacement of the brake pads and rotors, the spark plugs, the mass airflow sensor, and the filters along with an oil change. This 997.2 Carrera S has 53k miles and is offered with manufacturer’s literature, a Carfax report, and a clean South Carolina title.
The car is finished in Carrara White (B4B4), and exterior details include an aftermarket front spoiler, a fixed position Turbo-style rear spoiler, xenon headlamps with washers, a power-operated sunroof, LED taillights, and quad exhaust tips. The Carfax report indicates ‘minor damage’ occurring to the rear of the vehicle in 2016, and the seller states the rear bumper was refinished by Porsche North of Scottsdale, Arizona, under previous ownership. A scratch on the right door is said to have been repaired under current ownership, and paint chips in the front bumper and hood are shown up close in the image gallery. Matching aftermarket side skirts are not installed but are included in the sale.
Staggered-width 19″ Carrera Sport wheels are finished in gold and wear 235/35 front and 305/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires with 2020 date codes. The car is equipped with a factory sport suspension with PASM, and stopping power is provided by red Porsche-branded brake calipers over cross-drilled rotors front and rear. The brake pads and rotors were reportedly replaced at approximately 50k miles.
The cabin is trimmed in Sand Beige (BM) supple leather with matching carpets and embroidered floor mats. Amenities include heated power-adjustable Comfort front seats with embossed headrests and driver-side position memory, the Sport Chrono Package Plus, a Kenwood Excelon infotainment head unit with navigation and Bluetooth, Bose High End sound, automatic climate control, and heated power-adjustable mirrors. The original Porsche PCM head unit is included in the sale.
A leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel is trimmed with carbon fiber and includes PDK controls. White-dial instrumentation consists of a central tachometer with a 7,400-rpm redline, a 200-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 53k miles, approximately 8k of which were added during current ownership. The seller states the cabin air filter was changed at 50k miles.
The 3.8-liter flat-six was factory rated at 385 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed PDK transaxle. Modifications include a Fabspeed performance package consisting of a carbon-fiber competition air intake system along with replacement catalytic converters and mufflers. Service at 50k miles is said to have included air filter cleaning and an oil change; the spark plugs and mass airflow sensor were reportedly replaced in June 2020.
Manufacturer’s literature and two keys are included in the sale.
The Carfax report lists the aforementioned 2016 damage entry along with history in New York, California, Arizona, and South Carolina. There is currently a lien on the car, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the next owner.
