This 2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS is a 35th Anniversary Edition that was modified by SLP Engineering when new, which included installation of a performance intake and center-mounted exhaust, Bilstein suspension components, a limited-slip differential, and SLP badging. It is finished in black over matching leather and powered by a 5.7-liter LS1 V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes a power-operated black soft top, 17″ wheels, the Special Ride and Handling package, air conditioning, and a factory CD stereo. The car was delivered new to Wild West Chevrolet of Yerington, Nevada, and spent time in California before moving to Colorado when it was purchased by the seller on BaT in April 2019. The seller has since added 200 of the car’s 1,400 indicated miles and replaced the wheels and tires. This Camaro SS is offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, an additional set of wheels, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.
The body is finished in black with a matching power-operated soft top. Additional features include a hood scoop, an SS-logo grille insert, fog lights, an integrated rear spoiler, and quad outlet exhausts.
Replacement 17″ GM Custom Sport Var4 wheels with Chevrolet center caps wear 275/40 BFGoodrich g-Force Comp2 tires. The car is equipped with anti-lock four-wheel disc brakes and the Special Ride and Handling package, which features Bilstein suspension components.
The cabin features seating surfaces trimmed in black leather with a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpeting. Equipment includes a Hurst shift knob, air conditioning, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, cruise control, and a factory CD stereo.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls sits ahead of a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 1,400 miles, approximately 200 of which were added by the seller.
The 5.7-liter LS1 V8 is equipped with an SLP Blackwing intake and performance exhaust system and was factory rated at 345 horsepower when new. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and an Auburn limited-slip differential. Additional underside images can be viewed in the gallery.
A set of removed chrome-finished 17″ wheels with tires is included in the sale.
The car is supplied with manufacturer’s literature and two remote key fobs.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists registration history in California and Colorado.
