This 1984 Land Rover Range Rover is a left-hand drive example that was imported to Texas in 1985, and it is powered by a 3.5-liter V8 paired with a replacement five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Finished in beige over tan velour upholstery, it features 16″ tri-spoke wheels, Jeep side mirrors, a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system, an aluminum radiator, a receiver hitch, air conditioning, electric windows, USB charging outlets, and an aftermarket Bluetooth-capable stereo. The truck reportedly received mechanical refurbishment under prior ownership, and it was acquired by the selling dealer in March 2021. This Range Rover is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, partial service records, a BMIHT Certificate, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title.
The exterior is finished in Shetland Beige and features black body moldings, Jeep side mirrors, rear mud flaps, a split rear tailgate, a rear wiper, a heated rear window, and a receiver hitch. The selling dealer states that the windshield has been replaced. Scratches are noted on the upper rear hatch along with areas of touched-up paint on the bumpers. Photos of the body and trim are shown in the image gallery below.
Silver-finished 16″ tri-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with 215/85 Cooper Discoverer HT3 tires, and a spare wheel and tire are located in the cargo area. Scuffs are visible on the left front wheel.
The cabin features seats upholstered in tan velour with matching carpets and floor mats, a black dashboard, and wood veneer accents on the door panels. The front center console has been modified with USB charging outlets and cupholders, and additional appointments include air conditioning, electric windows, and a Bluetooth-capable Fusion stereo linked to aftermarket speakers. The front seat upholstery is worn and there is a tear in the front passenger seat cushion.
A four-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. Additional readouts for oil temperature and oil pressure are mounted in the center of the dashboard along with a clock and a tachometer. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 49k miles, 100 of which were added by the selling dealer. Total mileage is unknown.
The 3.5-liter V8 has been fitted with a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system and an aluminum radiator with electric fans. Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission installed in place of the factory automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case. The engine was reportedly overhauled under previous ownership, and the clutch master cylinder and air conditioning compressor are also said to have been replaced.
