This 2005 Jaguar XKR convertible is finished in silver over charcoal leather, and power is provided by a supercharged 4.2-liter V8 paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a black soft top, power-adjustable and heated front seats, an Alpine cassette stereo with a trunk-mounted CD changer, navigation, an active suspension, and Brembo disc brakes. The car was registered in Minnesota until November 2019, and it was sold on BaT in November 2020 prior to its acquisition by the selling dealer in July 2021. This XKR has 24k miles and is now offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, a Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title.
The car is finished in Platinum Metallic (MDZ) with a black soft top and features a vented hood, a rear spoiler, a mesh grille, and fog lights. The Carfax report shows “minor damage” to the front of the car in May 2018. Scrapes and a crack in the front bumper are visible in the gallery below.
Staggered-width 18″ alloy wheels are wrapped in 245/45 front and 255/45 rear Nitto NT555 Extreme ZR tires showing date codes from 2014 and 2015. The car is equipped with dynamic stability control, a Computer Active Technology Suspension, and Brembo disc brakes with Jaguar-script calipers.
The seats are upholstered in Warm Charcoal leather, and the cabin features burled wood veneers accenting the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Amenities include power-adjustable and heated front seats, automatic climate control, navigation, aluminum pedal covers, and an Alpine cassette stereo with a trunk-mounted CD changer. A wood-accented and leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline and a 170-mph speedometer. The digital odometer indicates 24k miles.
The supercharged 4.2-liter V8 was factory rated at 390 horsepower and 399 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed by the selling dealer.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned “minor damage” as well as registration history in Minnesota, South Carolina, Georgia, and New Jersey.
