This 1989 Lada 2107 is finished in light blue over black-and-blue cloth upholstery and is powered by a 1.5-liter inline-four mated to a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 13″ steel wheels, front disc brakes, chrome trim, and a heater. The car spent time in Florida and Texas before its acquisition by the seller in August 2021. This Lada Classic is offered at no reserve with a tool roll, manufacturer’s literature, a Hungarian first aid kit, a German front license plate, a Lada-themed 2021 calendar, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
The Lada 2100-series was originally developed by Soviet manufacturer VAZ as a licensed copy of the Fiat 124. Finished in light blue, this example features chrome trim on the grille and plastic bumpers separating this luxury 2107 model from the rest of the contemporary Lada line-up. Signs of paintwork are visible as the front fenders show non-matching shades of blue, while the drip rails show signs of cracking and oxidation.
Painted 13″ steel wheels wear 175/70 Michelin Defender XT tires. The car features coil-spring suspension at all four corners, a live rear axle, and front disc brakes.
The cabin features blue cloth seats trimmed in black vinyl with matching door panels. Interior equipment includes a center-stack-mounted analog clock, a heater, manual crank windows, and a full-size spare tire stored in the trunk.
A four-spoke steering wheel frames a 180-km/h speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, fuel level, and fuel economy. The five-digit odometer shows 37k kilometers (~23k miles), a handful of which were added by the seller.
The 1.5-liter inline-four produced 74 horsepower and 79 lb-ft of torque when new and drives the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission. Additional photos of the underside are viewable in the gallery below.
Tools, manufacturer’s literature, a Hungarian first-aid kit, and a Lada-themed 2021 calendar are included in the sale.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Florida and Texas beginning in 2019.
